Questionnaire for Audience about Genre

I created this questionnaire just to test the website 'polljunkie' and found out that it creates a really simple, user friendly questionnaire for me to use to research audience's interests within music videos. Now I will use this questionnaire to go around my sixth form and persuade people to take part in it, so I can get some results to create the music video that most people will be interested in.
