Diane Martel
Diane Martel is an American music video director and choreographer, who has directed videos for such people as Miley Cyrus, Robin Thicke and Mariah Carey. Diane has been directing music videos for professionals/well known artists since 1993 and since then has directed 114 music videos over the years. Below is a table of her most recent videos.
As you can see there are a range of different artists and songs that are on the print screen, which shows the amount of work that she puts in to making her videos. From the picture, I have noticed that the genre of music is Pop and R&B. In my opinion, I feel that this is why Diane Martel is well known for her videos, as this genre is the most shown genre of music videos that are shown on music channels on TV.
Diane's most recent video was for Miley Cyrus called 'We Can't Stop', which shocked the nation as 'Disney Channel Star' Miley Cyrus is shown in minimal clothing and shaven hair. This was quite surprising for people to watch due to the dramatic change in look she had, from previous music videos as 'Hannah Montana'.
